I’m back lol well the replacement toy just stopped working after just a few months so again I was online with a new claim ugg. Well, again nothing but 100% helpful and stress free. I did have to mail the broken one back this time but they set it all up and paid for shipping. They are going to have it looked into so they can see if fluke or an issue they need to address. I have a new toy on its way to me now with even a gift for the headache of this all. Stellar customer service and forever a Womanizer fan!!! Thanks again ❤️

"Exceptional Customer Service"
Exceptional customer service. My product stopped working so I filed a claim/report via their website. I received a response within the time promised with some easy to follow troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately none of them worked and to my surprise, I was told a new product was on the way. No further questions, no hassle and no need to return the broken one. As someone who works for a company who is customer obsessed, this is customer services exemplified.

"amazing service!!"
Everything went well. My womanizer broke and i went to their website to have a new one! The service was amazing, i had quick responses, they believed my problem and answered 3 simple questions to have my new womanizer! 10/10 it came super quickly to my house and the customer service was just AMAZINGG!!
