I’m happy with the battery on this thing. I was fully expecting to be chained to a charger like usual, but somehow it just keeps going. Not saying there’s a secret battery conspiracy going on, but it definitely feels like they’ve been hiding this kind of battery life from us for years.

Charging has been easy too. The cable clicks in fine, no weird fussing around, and it charges quickly. I’ll plug it in for a little while, come back, and it’s basically ready to go again, which almost feels too convenient if you ask me.
I’ve had it for a few weeks now and haven’t run into any problems. It’s a simple thing, but not having to constantly think about charging makes a huge difference. So far, I’m impressed… and mildly suspicious in the best way

I reached out for help with my warranty, and let’s just say the support team was in no danger of moving too fast. Customer service gave me the bare minimum, which was super helpful… if the goal was to test my patience

This thing is ridiculously easy to use, and cleaning it is almost suspiciously quick. I expected a whole ordeal, but nope — just simple, fast, and drama-free in the best way.

I was kind of expecting this to be loud, and it wasn’t at all, which surprised me. That said, I can still hear a little buzz when the room is completely silent, so I wouldn’t call it dead quiet either. If there’s a blanket over it or music playing, I forget about the sound. It feels discreet, but I still found myself checking the noise the first night. Overall though, I felt comfortable using it at night and I’d give it 5 stars.

This thing works better than I expected, but I’m kind of annoyed they don’t make it clearer how intense it is. Even the lower settings are no joke, and I definitely got caught off guard. Took me a bit to get used to it, which is why I’m leaving 4 stars. It does the job, but they should seriously warn people better.

I was kind of confused at first because I didn’t expect it to fit me this well, but it actually feels really comfy to hold. It fits good and I don’t really have any complaints.
